Stop Snoring!
“Stop Snoring!” is the phrase we hear from the majority of the bedrooms every night. A recent study of patients with sleep apnea showed that their bed partners woke up almost as much as the person with the breathing problem. When the sleep apnea patients woke an average of 26 times an hour, their bed partners actually woke an average of 21 times an hour! Many times, if the snorer cannot stop snoring, he is moved to a separate bedroom or the couch.
